Katie Awad of Lowell, MA, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Branch Manager from Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank’s Westford, MA location. As Branch Manager, Katie will be responsible for the overall management of the Westford Branch as it supports the Bank’s goals and growth. She joined Lowell Five’s Retail Banking Team in 2017 as Assistant Branch Manager.
Stephen Giuffre of Lowell, MA, has been promoted to Business Intelligence Officer. In his new position, Steve will be responsible for extracting and analyzing the Bank’s data to assist the Bank’s strategic decision-making process. He joined the Bank as a Teller in 2004. Two years later, he joined the IT Team as a PC Tech Support Analyst. In 2019 he accepted the position of Business Analyst on the Business Intelligence Team.
Charlene Williamson of Derry, NH, has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Systems / Quality Assurance Manager. Charlene is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the core system data, its functionality, and testing of new system releases. She has been with Lowell Five for over 35 years, having joined as a Teller. Charlene currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation.
