David E. Wallace, Chief Executive Officer of Lowell Five Bank, is pleased to announce that Joanne Pollard, Vice President, Account Servicing, received the Bank’s February 2022 Make it Matter – Employee Excellence Award. Each month, Lowell Five recognizes one employee who inspires others to excel in their commitment to Lowell Five customers and employees. Joanne was recognized for her unwavering commitment to ensuring that customers’ daily financial transactions process without incident.
A native of Lowell, MA, Joanne is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Lowell with a Bachelor in Business Management and a 2016 graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies. This year she celebrates 35 years with Lowell Five: all but two of those years have been on the Account Servicing Team, which she now leads as Vice President.
Joanne volunteers for The Wish Project in North Chelmsford, MA, in her spare time.
