Lowell, MA – On Friday, January 19, 2018, Middlesex 3 Coalition held their first “What’s Happening” meeting of 2018 in the Community Room located in Lowell Five Bank’s new Tewksbury Corporate and Operations Center. Lowell Five Bank, along with the Town of Tewksbury, was pleased to host the meeting in their new Community Room.
Middlesex 3 Coalition is a regional partnership of 80 members in local government, business, finance, healthcare, education, real estate development and nonprofit sectors in 9 Middlesex County communities along the Route 3 corridor. As a member of the Coalition, Lowell Five supports Middlesex 3’s goals of promoting the competitive advantages and advancing the economic vitality of these communities.
Over 50 members attended the Middlesex 3’s January 19th meeting which was moderated by Middlesex 3’s Executive Director, Stephanie Cronin. At the meeting, Stephanie provided the attendees with an overview of the Coalition’s vision, mission, and goals for 2018. Steven Sadwick, Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Tewksbury and Mark Kratman, Tewksbury Selectman then briefed attendees on current and future economic development initiatives and projects within the Town of Tewksbury. Lowell Five President and Chief Executive Officer, David Wallace closed the meeting with a brief history of Lowell Five Bank.
