Lowell Five Bank supports North Andover farmers market and artisan market with $15,000 donation

Tewksbury, MA – Lowell Five Bank Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Jay Stephens led a group of representatives from Lowell Five Bank in presenting members of the North Andover Farmers Market and Artisan Market Committee with a check for $15,000 to support the market. This year will be the second year that Lowell Five will serve as the exclusive sponsor of North Andover’s market.

In 2017, Lowell Five Bank provided the seed money for the North Andover Merchants Association to establish the Town of North Andover’s first-ever farmers’ market. North Andover was previously, one of only a few towns in the Merrimack Valley that did not have a farmers’ market.

This year’s North Andover Farmers Market and Artisan Market will operate each Sunday beginning June 17th through October 7th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and takes place at the intersection of First and Main Streets in downtown North Andover.
