Lowell Five Bank proudly announces the appointment of Coley Carden as Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending. With over 22 years of extensive experience in residential lending, Mr. Carden brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining Lowell Five Bank, Mr. Carden served as Vice President Residential Lending at Winchester Co-operative Bank in Winchester, MA, where he held a pivotal role in overseeing origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing for residential lending. His proven track record of leadership and proficiency in all aspects of residential lending makes him an invaluable addition to the Lowell Five Bank team.
A native of East Hampton, Connecticut, Mr. Carden holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University. Additionally, he is a distinguished graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking Program, further solidifying his knowledge and skills in the banking sector.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Carden is deeply involved in community service. He serves on the Board of Advisors of the North Suburban YMCA in Woburn, MA, contributing to the betterment of the community. Furthermore, he is a co-founder and has served as Director of the Granite State Running Camp since its inception in 2008. This weeklong instructional camp in Wilmot, NH, caters to high school runners of all levels and distances, reflecting Mr. Carden’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a spirit of excellence.
